Somethings to think about when we are confronted for our faith.

Acts 4:19 But Peter and John answered them, "Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you rather than to God, you must judge, Luke 12:4"I tell you, my friends, do not fear those who kill the body, and after that have nothing more that they can do. 5 But I will warn you whom to fear: fear him who, after he has killed, has authority to cast into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him!
When confronted by those that do not want to hear the truth we have no choice but to do what God has told us to do. The threat of persecution for preaching the truth should not keep us from telling the world about Jesus. Peter had learned his lesson about denying Christ. We should learn from his example. Peter when confronted by he same people that crucified Jesus he has no fear of them any longer. He knows not to put his soul at risk for the sake of his body.
Our bodies will cease to exist, but our soul faces an eternal destination.  We have to choose where we will spend our eternity. It is that serious.
